J425 Investigates a culture of fraud, nepotism, violence and corruption plaguing Seattle’s education and non-profit communities. Currently, we are monitoring at least six ongoing, inter-related issues plaguing the Emerald City. As usual, the youth and the least fortunate are soaking up the brunt of the hardship.
