We are being taxed by Sno-Isle, so it's only right they take on the library project as implied in the annexation measure. Also, rather than being rescinded, the city library tax prior to annexation was supposedly redirected to sidewalks and other transportation projects. They must have forgotten, as they are now asking for a sales tax increase to cover those same things.
