The youthful but experienced Viking squad enters the 2025 season looking to consolidate gains from a resurgent 2024 campaign. Lake will no doubt look to build on their Round of 16 exit at “state” (aka the WIAA 4A Boys Soccer State Championship).
So far, so good. On aggregate, after a 6-0 home opening win over Ridgeline Saturday, Lake is lapping the field 11 nil so far.
Senior forward Elijah Manansala opened the scoring. Junior midfielder Xander Blair’s clean volley made it 2-0 Viks.
