The Daily Oklahoman reported today that UW QB Jake Locker ran a 4.28 40-yard dash in a camp during high school.

Ex Husky QB and radio personality Hugh Millen said Locker ran a 4.32 40 and was measured at 6'3"1/2 and 235 lbs during camp this summer.
