State Champion Three Times Over: Lake's David "Boogy" Brown Claims 110m Hurdles Title
Nine Vikings place at the 4A State Track and Field Championships
TACOMA, WA — Nine Lake Stevens Vikings placed in the 4A State Track and Field Championships at Mt. Tahoma high school; and Lake’s three sport star David “Boogy” Brown ended his prep athletic career with a State Championship in the 110 meter high hurdles.
Combined with his two rings as a standout wide receiver and defensive back on the Vikings football teams, that makes Brown a champion three times over.
Boogy is headed to Central Washington University on dual football and track scholarships.
