Washington Secretary of State Steve Hobbs needs to move fast to find a new elections director, fill several high level positions and mandate that his 300+ employees become vaccinated — all while launching a statewide campaign to retain his newly appointed office in the Capitol Rotunda.
So says the Seattle Times Editorial Board in a missive published on Black Friday.
