Please take a minute to vote in our new poll. As part of the awards season, we will be rolling out the first annual Purple and Gold Pigskin awards over the next three weeks.
The poll is for the Reader's Choice award for Viking player of the year. This is a chance for you to select your favorite player. It doesn't have to be a reasoned decision, it doesn't have to be the best on the field player, we just want to know who your favorite was.
Feel free to leave comments, or to name a player that's not in our poll. Votes in the comment thread for players not listed will be counted.
We will unveil our first Purple and Gold Pigskin award tomorrow under the category: Most Improved.
All of the winners will be featured in print in the Lake Stevens Journal as well.
