The earlier email that read “[COPY] Viking Notebook: Updated…” was sent out with the wrong headline/subject line. My fault.
I was trying to notify all readers that an updated version of yesterday’s story was available without paywall (paying subscribers received it 24 hours earlier) - but I I also wanted paying subscribers (who’d read yesterday’s story) to take note that this was an UPDATED post containing four or five new videos and two updated sections.
