KING COUNTY SUPERIOR COURT — Attorneys for Nikita Tyukalo — the 21-year-old accused of orchestrating a sprawling OnlyFans content-creation slash human trafficking mill out of the ground floor of a Bellevue mansion — will ask the court to cut his bail from $5 million to $100,000, according to a motion filed Thursday. (Download full bail motion at the bottom of the post.)

If the judge agrees at his Tuesday, June 30 hearing, Tyukalo could potentially bond out that afternoon, and resurface in Lake Stevens, where his attorneys say he intends to live with his father.

Previously, Tyukalo’s brother-in-law was picked up by the Feds in Lake Stevens and convicted in a 2026 fraud case prosecuted by the Southern District of New York.

The 10-page bail motion, filed June 25 in King County Superior Court, attacks the state’s $5 million dollar bail as a “grossly disproportionate” ransom.

The filing further portrays Tyukalo as a motivated, clean-cut young businessman with no criminal history facing unverified accusations.

However, a J425 review of civil filings, police reports, and formal 2026 criminal charges reveal stark contrasts between the narrative presented by Tyukalo’s defense and the allegations documented by law enforcement and victims.

The 6’7 Tyukalo, a former Bothell prep basketball standout, was charged earlier this month with four counts of Second-Degree Trafficking, Leading Organized Crime, and Money Laundering.

The organized crime charge carries a potential life sentence.

To argue for the bail reduction, the defense draws a sharp contrast between Tyukalo’s case and another recent high-profile King County trafficking case …

Keep reading to see the character reference letters in support of Tyukalo, including one from his girlfriend and one from a presumed prosecutorial witness. Full bail motion included at end of post.
