Meadowdale - Stanwood canceled after injury

Apparently, the Meadowdale - Stanwood game was canceled one minute into the second quarter after an injured Stanwood player was airlifted off the field.

Details are scarce, but apparently the player actually walked off the field and told coaches he was injured before the EMTs began treatment.
