Lake Stevens Vikings Flood the All Wesco Football Team with 21 Selections
Kekoa Okiyama, Ted Kuhrau and Will Lynch earn two-way All Wesco honors, sophomore Akio Yonesaka makes first team at DB, all six offensive skill players and all four DL starters recognized.
LAKE STEVENS - The 11-0 Lake Stevens Vikings, seeded second in state, earned the respect of Wesco coaches based on the results of the annual All Wesco team selections, decided by vote of coaches at the end-of-season meeting.
In total, eighteen Vikings earned All Wesco recognition, with the Viks pulling down a total of 21 All Wesco slots.
Three players received dual selections for both offense and defense: senior tackle and defensive lineman Ted Kuhrau, senior wide receiver and cornerback Kekoa Okiyama and junior offensive guard and defensive lineman Will Lynch.
