SEATTLE - Federal prosecutors have officially ended plea negotiations with the key defendants in the sprawling Jackson drug trafficking organization (DTO) case, closing off avenues final avenue for charged traffickers to avoid decades in prison.

Prosecutors notified the court they’d ceased negotiations with Jackson DTO leaders following a wave of guilty pleas from co-defendants — and shocking revelations that criminal activity has continued unabated from within the federal detention center.

Prosecutors allege that ringleader Marquis Jackson continued to orchestrate a sex trafficking ring via jailhouse phone calls placed to a minor sister, currently residing with charged co-conspirator — and noted community non-violence activist — Matelita “Marty” Jackson.

Federal prosecutors submitted this responsibility and charging matrix for the Jackson DTO.

Jailhouse Prostitution Scheme

Federal prosecutors recently disclosed that suspected drug kingpin Marquis Jackson is actively running a sex trafficking operation from inside the federal detention center, directing the illicit enterprise through phone calls with his minor sister, who currently lives with co-defendant Marty Jackson.

This ongoing criminal activity from within Marty Jackson’s residence directly connects to previous federal court proceedings involving her sister, Rainier Beach High School Principal Annie Patu, as Patu was previously tapped to serve as a court-appointed third party intermediary
