If the LSSD found enough evidence to formally tell Hein to stay away from the student, then were they required to report to Law Enforcement due to being Mandatory Reporters or did they report him?

i think their boundary policy gives them wiggle room. did you look at it? for instance writing a girl notes or giving her an A when she earned a D are policy violations that could lead to a misconduct finding.

it’s interesting bc the district looks at something and sees a boundary violation worthy of a note in the dudes file. Parnell looks at the same guy and sees six sex crimes. in summary tho? schools are soft on teachers. hella soft.

So you have to show a little backbone at this point and either publish a position or buy a subscription. Write your own commentary in support of Hein or a letter to the editor. I'll run either, and I'll edit only for clarity I won't touch your points. If you are its publisher@thejournal425.com. If not, you need to buy a subscription if you want to be heard. You're wasting my time at this point and I detect no good faith in your point of view.
