- Doug Pacey at TNT filed a nice story on the Lakes-Peninsula game played Thursday night. Lake prevailed 42-26 with Junior UW recruit Jamaal Kearse providing the game-cementing pick. Kearse is the brother of UW freshman WR Jermaine Kearse. Also worth noting that last year's Lakes squad also featured Parade All-American TE (and current Husky starter) Kavario Middleton.
