Lake Stevens' Susanna Johnson beat incumbent sheriff Adam Fortney, Kymm Shipman won the contested LS council race; incumbents held serve at LS school & sewer races & Somers wins another term as exec.

Lake’s Susanna Johnson Beats Incumbent Sheriff Adam Fortney

Lake Stevens resident Susanna Johnson is the new Snohomish County Sheriff after dispatching incumbent Adam Fortney by three percentage points. 

Johnson is a graduate of the FBI National Academy and previously served as Deputy Chief for the Bothell Police Department.
