One thing we can say about Sheriff Adam Fortney is he’s a great communicator. He’s pushed for transparency through expedited badge camera footage release and his department is very quick to provide narrative information that isn’t always available from other agencies.

Now, Fortney is starting a new web series with selections from some of the wildest or most interesting incidents that Snohomish County Sheriffs encounter on the day-to-day.

And this first one is a doozy: a dual high speed DUI chase where the sheriff is paced by a second suspect vehicle as he chases another at 115 mph down (you guessed it) Casino Road.

Let me rephrase that. The sheriff is chasing one dude who’s going 115 on surface streets …when another bad guy pulls up alongside and involves himself in the chase.

Needless to say everyone crashes.
